Scorchbeast redesign! Voracious but almost sightless aboveground, they rely on sonic waves at such a strong frequency that it incapacitates their prey. They can hear motion easily, but heat-sensing pits and an acute sense of smell also detect radiation signatures created by blisters of blight erupting from its back and infecting living creatures nearby.
