You can submit feedback and bug reports several different ways for the development team to review. You can submit a ticket through our help portal here by selecting Feedback / Bug as your category.

You can submit a bug report or feedback in the game following the steps below:

1. Open the in-game Chat Box.
2. Type "/feedback" or "/bug" and press [Enter].
   • Or you can press [F1] to open the Help menu.
3. Select the "Impact" and the "Issue Category" of your report and provide any additional information in the "Description" field. 
4. Click Submit once complete.

Your in-game report will include details about your character and location as well as other useful information to help the Development Team figure out what is causing the issue. Please be as detailed as possible.

Additionally, you can report bugs by posting details about the issue on The Elder Scrolls Online official forums.

Note: Bug reports and feedback are not sent to our support team and will not receive a response. If you need help from support, please use the /help function within the game or submit a ticket under a different category.
