What do I do if I don’t have access to my ESO game account e-mail and can’t log in?

If you are unable to log into ESO and don't have access to your game account's e-mail address, you can contact Customer Support for help by following the process below:

  1. Visit the account recovery page.
  2. Select your platform, then select No, I do not have access to the email on this account.
  3. Continue to make the selections that best match your issue, you may be provided with an article that can assist you with your issue, make sure to follow these instructions then select Continue to Submit Ticket.
  4. Fill out the form to the best of your ability. If you are currently using a different e-mail than the one that is associated with your ESO game account, please enter that in the Contact Email field.
  5. In the Tell us more about your issue field, please include the e-mail address that is associated with your ESO game account.
  6. When you have finished filling out the form, select Submit.

When contacting support, please have your account information ready for verification. The Elder Scrolls Online Customer Support Team will never ask you for your ESO game account password.
