This most often occurs due to a service outage.

If the servers are up and you are still having connection issues proceed to the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Power cycle your internet and network by restarting your modem and/or router.
    • If you are playing on console, check your platform's server status, perform a hard reset on your console, and test your connection.
  2. Check that the proper exceptions are added to your antivirus/firewall.
  3. Forward the game ports. For instructions on how to forward game ports, see your router's instruction manual or manufacturer's website.
