Why is The Elder Scrolls Online stuck at 79% when trying to load on PlayStation 4?

If The Elder Scrolls Online on your PlayStation 4 is getting stuck at 79% when loading, you should try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Check your settings to ensure the game is not being blocked by your firewall or router.
  • Check that your PlayStation 4 has enough hard disk drive (HDD) space for download and installation.
  • Check that your PlayStation 4 has the most recent software installed.

Power Cycle the Console

  1. Press and hold the [PS] button on your controller.
