When Twitch Drops are enabled on a stream for ESO, watch the stream until you qualify for the Drop. Then, claim your Drop from the Twitch Drops Menu.

To get started, simply head over to ESO Linked Accounts and link your Twitch account. Step-by-step instructions on how to link your Twitch account can be found here.
