We are investigating reports where some players are not hearing the voice overs when playing in Russian. 

While this is being reviewed, the following steps may resolve the missing audio: 

Xbox One

1. Close The Elder Scrolls Online (don't suspend the game)
2. On your Xbox One, press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide
3. Select Profile & system > Settings > System.
4. Go to Language and change your console to English
5. Launch The Elder Scrolls Online and allow it to load the menu screen
6. Exit the game
7. Change the language back to Russian (Русский)
8. Once the language has been changed back to Russian, relaunch The Elder Scrolls Online

PlayStation 4

1. Close The Elder Scrolls Online 
2. On your PlayStation 4, select (Settings) > [Language] > [System Language].
3. Select English (United States or United Kingdom)
4. Launch The Elder Scrolls Online game and allow it to load the menu screen
5. Exit the game
6. Change the language back to Russian (Русский)
7. Once the language has been changed back to Russian, relaunch The Elder Scrolls Online
