"LOGIN FAILED An unexpected Internal Error has occurred..." Login Error Code - Xbox/PlayStation - The Elder Scrolls Online
The "Login Failed" error usually occurs when there are overwhelming demands on the Xbox and PlayStation megaservers.
Check the following links for any outtages or scheduled maintenances:

- Xbox Live Status
- PlayStation™Network Network Service Status
If these services do not indicate any issues, proceed to the following troubleshooting:
- Change your Megaserver to see if the error persists on both servers.
- If the error persists, you may have corrupted game files and should reinstall the game.
- Note: You will have to wait 3 minutes after switching Megaservers or you will encounter Error 103.
- Test your Network Connection on your platform.

- If the error persists, contact ESO Customer Support and include information regarding your megaserver, internet service provider (ISP), and Gamertag or PSN ID when submitting a ticket.
